FosterClub and Juvenile Law Center featured Child Welfare Leaders from Illinois and Kentucky to share implementation examples and highlights of the Older Youth Provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act. Child Welfare Leaders provided a detailed overview of providing re-entry and aging out provisions, ETV, and providing direct financial assistance to young people from foster care.
