The Children’s Bureau issued the Program Instruction for the Supporting Foster Youth and Families Act Program Instruction on March 9th. This document is crucial to the effective and quick implementation of the older youth provisions of the law. On March 17th, 2021 FosterClub and Juvenile Law Center with Think of Us, and Youth Villages provided a summary of the older youth sections of the PI highlighted key areas to support the implementation of the law.
