The Children’s Bureau issued guidance and instruction related to the Supporting Foster Youth and Families through the Pandemic Act, Division X of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, Public Law (P.L.) 116-260, enacted December 27, 2020. These provisions provide significant support and resources to young people in and from care, increase Chafee flexibility, and increased funding for the period of April 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021.
