This presentation provides an overview of Chapin Hall's capacity, planning framework and suite of tools. Helpful for jurisdictions considering readiness assessment, planning and initial implementation of the Family First Act. The overview is based on lessons learned from Waiver implementation, and outlines six domains to assess readiness for initial implementation.
