On December 20th, as part of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020, the President signed the Family First Transition Act into law. View the full text here.

The Family First Transition Act contains four provisions:

A phase-in of the 50% well-supported requirement for prevention services reimbursement
$500 million in one-time transition funding to help states and tribes implement Family First
Short-term funding certainty for states with expiring waivers
Renaming of the Promoting Safe and Stable Families Program in honor and memory of MaryLee Allen
