Family First authorized new optional title IV-E funding for certain time-limited prevention services through creation of the title IV-E prevention program, and it is one tool to help in achieving this vision. On March 9, 2020, the Children’s Bureau hosted a webinar to provide an update on the implementation of the title IV-E prevention program. This webinar included presentations from representatives of title IV-E agencies with approved title IV-E prevention program five-year plans. The aim of this webinar is to assist title IV-E agencies and their partners developing prevention plans in their jurisdictions. The webinar and presentation slides may be accessed on the Children’s Bureau’s title IV-E prevention program website. You can find updates here.
